Job Summary
Pinnacle Management is a property management company within the Fairfield area looking for a full-time maintenance technician.
Maintenance technicians will be responsible for most repairs pertaining to the property. Applicants must be willing to learn.
Maintenance duties include:
- Assist with turnovers for vacant units
- Pick up grounds
- Repair damage to buildings/property
- All aspects of property maintenance
- Willingness to be included in on call rotation once trained
Technicians are required to have their own basic tools, a valid driver's license, maintain a roadworthy vehicle.
Employee Discount on Rentals of Apartments or individual 2, 3, or 4 bedroom homes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
